General Inquiries And Escalated Cases
Both general inquires and escalated cases are initiated with the customer service department and in one of the following ways:

General Inquiries
General inquiries are those inquiries where you are requesting specific information on your loan, or a status of your loss prevention process. General inquiries do not have to be in writing. Inquiries received by telephone are normally handled at time of inquiry. General inquiries received by mail or email will be acknowledged within 7 business days, with a final response within 30 business days, unless there is ongoing research.
Escalated Cases
Escalated Cases are inquires concerning the delay, final evaluation or a denial concerning the loss prevention process on your loan. Escalated Cases must be in writing and sent to the above address, or email address. Escalated cases received will be acknowledged within 3 business days, with a final response within 15 days, unless there is ongoing research, which would extend the final response to 30 days.
