Our Payment By Phone payment system allows you the ease and convenience of paying your monthly mortgage payment by phone. You can even prescheduled transactions. Then, you won’t ever have to worry about your payment being lost in the mail or late due to slow delivery. Now, you can also have the benefit of controlling the day the payment is received.

To us Amegy Mortgage’s Payment By Phone payment option, simply call our customer service toll free phone number 800-626-6623, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and speak with one of our customer service representatives.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed daily at 4:30 p.m. central standard time during normal business days. If the payment date you have chosen falls on a weekend or on a federal banking holiday, it will be posted as of 4:30 p.m. the next business day.

SCHEDULED TRANSACTIONS
You may schedule a payment transaction for a future date.

PAYMENT BY PHONE FEE
There is a $7.95 fee charged on every Payment By Phone transaction. Payment By Phone can only be used to make payments to Amegy Mortgage Company L.L.C. for monthly mortgage payments including fees and additional principal. It is not designed to accept payment for other companies nor is it designed for mortgage loan payoffs.

AUTOMATED PAYMENT SYSTEM
As with any payment that you authorize, your Payment By Phone will show up on your bank statement as an ACH/Draft, and will show up on the day that you authorized the payment to be made. Additionally, as with any other payment made from your account, there is a fee for ACH’s/Drafts that are returned due to nonsufficient funds.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once you have completed the transaction you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provided. If you do not have an email address, the customer service representative can print and mail to you the email confirmation that you would have received.
